Why is the usage report not syncing up with the phones? Also when I look at a bill where are text messages showing up on the bill?
If some of your logs are missing in My Verizon, that's a random glitch which I haven't seen a definitive answer for fixing…when it happened to me, I waited it out for 2-3 months and the problem went away on its own.
Depending on how you are texting, if you still use the old-school SMS/MMS format, those will go into the texting logs. If you are using modern texting which is encrypted, such as RCS format or iMessage, those use data, hence will be in the data logs.
