does Verizon offer cable TV only packages no Internet
Here is some information I found: https://www.verizon.com/home/fios-tv/
It seems that Verizon offers standalone Fios TV packages without an internet subscription. However, please note that a Verizon router is still required to access full functionality, such as the channel guide and On Demand features. This often results in an additional monthly equipment charge.
You can chat with an expert as indicated on the screenshot below:
Verizon doesn't have Fios where I live, but there are Fios TV packages available in areas which have Fios. There's mention of a Fios TV: Local package which doesn't appear to have any streaming services included. The other packages all have some kind of streaming service attached.
That is actually a very good question, since Fios is at some time in the future converting everyone to IPTV, which relies on the Internet instead of RF/QAM Coax. It is possible that Fios may include a router for the Internet necessary to run the TV portion, while not allowing you to use it for other purposes. If you don't get an answer here in this forum, all I can suggest is calling Sales 800-225-5499.
