Removal of inactive Verizon Network Interface Devices from utility pole

I am from a General Contractor on a project in Arlington, VA. We have a handful of Verizon Network Interface Devices on a utility pole that will be included in a demolition plan, and we need Verizon to come and remove their equipment from the utility pole.

Please help me contact the parties involved in this removal process. I have tried calling Verizon's main help line to no avail.
