I just switched over my phone and my number to Verizon prepaid and paid for it and everything but my phone is still not working
Hi, depending on whom you ported out from, it can take up to 48 hours for a port to finalize. The large carriers will port rapidly between each other in my own experience. If you don't get any confirmation text indicating that your port to Verizon is completed, or your phone is plain stuck in SOS, use a different phone and contact Verizon's Porting Department: 888-844-7095 as they may need to redo the port.
