Long story short, all of my cell phones on my Verizon account were moved to T-Mobile. I have an iPad and FIOS left with Verizon. Since the main cell number on my Verizon account was ported out to T-Mobile, that is why I believe I don’t have an Account Owner on my account. That is why I believe the iPad on my account is listed as an Account Member. And that is why I believe I cannot port out the iPad number to T-Mobile.
I have texted with Verizon so many times about these issues. Is there any way to fix this? It’s driving me crazy because there has to be a simple fix to the account owner problem.
