Hello. I switched from my old provider to Verizon because I was promised by the agent who came to my door that I would get a discount through Verizon Forward due to my enrollment in Medicaid. I have tried applying several times, being eligible and getting approved each time, then nothing. I have never gotten the discount on my account. When I've spoken to agents on the phone about this, they said to just wait and it should apply. It's been many months and I'm getting pretty fed up and am considering switching back to my old provider because they are cheaper than Verizon for the same speeds.
I would like it if someone from Verizon could contact me to resolve this issue. I would like to stay with Verizon if possible, but I cannot afford it if I do not receive this discount.
I also have several screenshots showing where I was approved and verified for the Forward Discount over the course of this process.
