it’s not taking my order number or location number I paid money I just want to know if my phone is legit coming or not
If you don't have any service with Verizon yet and only ordered a new phone at the storefront, you'd have to contact Internet Order Support 866-338-7390 to ask about your order status. My Verizon doesn't work for just storefront orders; you have to have some existing phone or internet service with Verizon first before any orders can be viewed in My Verizon. There's also a live chat option available on the Verizon storefront for smartphones at least. Look for the "connect with an expert" bubble at the bottom right when you're in the store in the smartphone section.
