Why won't my account link??

Neither does my phone number or order number work, im trying to activate my account, and finish the process, i can't view my order or nothing. I paid money i don't have, it's it coming in the mail or not. I also don't have an account number.. wierd. Please help.

Have you ported your number to Verizon, or did you only order a new phone/device, and are waiting for it to arrive before you move your number to Verizon?

For situation 1, you probably got a guest account instead of an actual one in My Verizon. This can happen if you try to register your account too soon, before the system has picked up that you're a new customer. If the URL has "guest" in it someplace when you're logged into My Verizon, or you're getting messages about "getting the full Account Owner experience when [something] is active", then you need to re-register your phone number. I can post a link for doing that if necessary.

If it's situation 2, then you definitely have a guest account because you don't have service with Verizon yet. If you didn't get an email showing your order details, then you can contact Internet Order Support at 866-338-7390. I've also noticed a "connect with an expert" chat link in the storefront for smartphones at least. Go to Verizon.com > Shop > Devices > [device type] and the chat link is at the bottom right.
