Not receiving calls Internationally

Hi. I live in Morocco but kept my Verizon Ultimate Unlimited w International plan. Phone worked fine until I traveled back home to the united states and then came back to Morocco. I have not been able to receive calls since then. I can make calls, send and receive texts. I've spent hours and days on the phone with verizon, customer service with no end in sight. I need serious help please. I'm seven thousand miles away from home in my friends.And family cannot reach me. No one has been able to solve this issue.And now I am desperate.

I'm assuming you've checked that roaming is enabled on your phone, and tried a network reset as well as changing to a different provider network to see if another one works? Another possibility is you're someplace which is still using either 2G or 3G and your phone is wanting to run in 4G or 5G because that's all there is in the US, so American phones run that way by default. If you can enable 3G on your phone, try that to see if it helps.

Don't know who you were speaking with previously, but the only other thing I can think of is for you to contact International Services Support. Unfortunately, there is not a toll-free number for Morocco, so you'd have to call 1-908-559-4899.
