I am writing to formally report a highly unprofessional interaction with a chat representative named 'Olivia' on March 8, 2026.
Not only was the agent rude and unhelpful, but they also provided conflicting information—claiming to be a manager and then a supervisor—while explicitly refusing to escalate my concerns to proper leadership.
Since joining Verizon in November, my experience has been both the most expensive and most frustrating customer support ordeal I have ever encountered.
Since "Olivia" would not provide me information how to escalate my concerns to Customer Support upper management I would like to be contacted by someone to discuss resolution.
