Hi, when I was traveling for work in March 2025, I ended up in East Stroudsburg Pennsylvania with a rental that had no Internet. My husband and I went to the closest Verizon store that we could find in the area and inquired about the 5G home Internet option. This seemed like a great idea and it could accommodate my needs during the three months that I would be on contract. When my contract came to an end, I returned home with the 5G Internet. My husband was advised to take the device to a UPS store (due to shipping partnership) so that it could be returned to Verizon. After returning the device, we were told that the service would be canceled. That has not been the case we’ve had several phone calls with Verizon regarding this matter and we continue to get billed for it; it is now February 2026. We returned this device at the end of June, beginning of July 2025. It has now been eight months and we continue to get billed for this. It seems like no matter how many times we reach out to Verizon to get this corrected, they tell us that we will no longer be billed for this, that we will be refunded on our next bill; however, every month that we get our bill, we’re being billed for it. Is there anyone else that can help us so that we don’t have to pay $55 every month on top of our phone bill for a service that we’re not using??? Is there a better way to contact Verizon customer service and speak with a person that can escalate this??
