I have two Verizon services; the Home Phone Connect and Wireless Home Internet. I do not have a wireless Verizon Mobil phone, so no texting or mobile app.
I am trying to link my accounts to my online profile. I enter my account number, zip and Pin. Both accounts show up. Next step says I will be mailed a onetime passcode. I select to mail the code, I wait a week and receive a letter, but there is no code printed. thinking it is a fluke I do the same again, wait another week and again a letter comes but no code.
