My iPhone’s front camera stopped working across all apps. I attempted to place a claim through Asurion since I pay for multi-device mobile preotection insurance, but due to no visible physical damage, was told to call Verizon warranty. The lady said I would be receiving a free replacement and this was my best option. One month later, I get an email saying the device was physically damaged (which should’ve been covered by insurance rather than warranty if that was the case) and I have to pay a $325 fee which is insane considering I pay monthly for insurance, which I have used in the past with no issues. Best option?
