I have a payment plan and my service was cut off, I don’t understand why my service was cut off when got a payment arrangmemt and I been trying to talk to the live agent all morning

I did and nobody is no help i need to talk to a live agent
where you able to speak to someone i have done the same thing and nobody has respond and im going threw same issue this very frustrating that you can’t speak to live agent nomore
