I placed an order with Verizon on February 13, 2026 and the company cancelled it without alerting me or giving me a reason the same day… On February 14th they took the money for it from my bank account (after they cancelled the order), but they never sent a phone or activated a plan for me… Now I'm fighting trying to get hold of someone to get a refund and all I'm getting is the run around… I talked with three different representatives on February 14th, two of which said I would have a refund within 10 business days and one who insisted the order hadn't been cancelled… It's now March 10th and there is still no refund and because they didn't send me the full phone number in the order confirmation e-mail I can't get hold of a person to get help…. Beyond frustrated…. Reached out on Facebook and was told they can't help because I don't have an active account.
How can someone get a refund on an item that you never sent when you make it where they can't actually talk to a person???… I have called every phone number I can find, and your machine keeps cutting me off or telling me they can't connect me with anyone.
