Can't enroll in autopay anymore

No matter what I cannot enroll in autopay. Not via the app( side note: the app is a joke and hasn't worked right in years), web browser, phone, doesn't work in incognito, on wifi, on data... Will not allow any card of mine to re-enroll in autopay.

Get this message:

Error

We're having trouble connecting to MyV Prepay. Please try again later.

OR:

We're having trouble processing your request.

Any solutions, or insight please.

Also, can't make a payment with my cards either. Been having to buy refill cards for months just to make a payment.
