I have seen numerous reply of contacting Verizon thru all 3 social platform in order to speak to someone as the app or customer service number doesn’t allow you to speak to live agent however i been sending messages all morning and this evening and no reply i currently have a newborn in nicu and my phone has been disconnected made a payment and is not allowing for a payment plan and i need my phone in case i get call from the hospital but it seem like i can’t get no help i switch from a different carrier hoping Verizon would have a better communication in helping their customers but at this point it has been so frustrating and nobody has reach out and can someone please help as i need my phone back on
