I ordered a Samsung phone from verizon it came fedex.I sent verizon the port code from my spectrum mobile.Its Been 3days and all I have is a 1500 dollar paperweight.I was on the phone with tech support for hours yesterday with no success.Whos at fault?Spectrum, who gave me the port code right away or verizon that cant activate an esim on a new phone?I brought my number to spectrum and it took an hour tops.I also dont have access to an account because the phone has to be activated.Crazy,who can escalate to get this done?
