Someone took the green manhole cover from my front yard. It is close to the sidewalk and I am scared Ssomeone might get hurt. I tried reaching verizon via phone but kept going in constant circle with support, since they did not know how to help me.
Have you tried contacting your city utility department about the missing cover? I'm not sure if this is something your city needs to handle, or if it is on Verizon. Some members have reported getting pretty good CS if you contact Verizon via one of their social media channels.
