I discovered that my phone service was interrupted today before work without any notice from Verizon warning me that my phone would be interrupted! I literally made a payment to Verizon March 2 of $123 and you all decide to interrupt my service? I need my phone to work and get on my app to perform my job. Now I don’t work today so that mean I don’t get paid today! I am so angry because there is no way to speak to a representative since the bot takes over your phone no matter what Verizon number you call. I have been a customer for 7 years and seriously considering going with another provider seeing that Verizon has failed me!!! I need to file a complaint.
