I ordered Verizon 5G Home internet 12.28.25 and activated immediately. The offer included the Samsung TV (received) + the $200 FWA Cart VZ Gift Card (not received).
I Submitted the 200 Gift Card Request on 12.30.25. and received a confirmation email with an associated ID# + the following terms:
Verizon Gift Card: Offer eligible for Verizon customers, purchasing new 5G Home Ultimate or LTE Home Plus service online between 6.19.25 and 12.31.25. Must activate service within 14 days of purchase, and maintain eligible service in good standing for 45 days to receive a Verizon Gift Card. Register for the Gift Card w/in 60 days of purchase date. Gift Card emailed within 8 weeks of registration. We reserve the right to charge the amount of the Gift Card to your Verizon account if eligible service is canceled w/in 180 days. Other Gift Card terms and conditions apply. Limit 1 per account.
As of 3.12.26 the Service has been active in good standing for 74 Days +/-.
MARCH 1, 2026 I received the following email:

We're having trouble processing your rebate. For more details and resubmission instructions, please go to Check My Status or Contact Us if you have any questions.
