I switched from a standard with ad Netflix account to Verizon package with Netflix and my extra member was cancelled. How can I get my extra member back on my account?
I can't get this perk because I'm prepaid, but assuming you're the account owner of the Verizon account, you need to go to your manage perks section in My Verizon and add Netflix for the other user. Whether or not you will be billed extra for having another person using Netflix via your Verizon account, don't know.
When I did some searching on the Verizon website, it says you can link your Netflix account if you already have one to keep your watch history and existing profiles. So, if you didn't cancel your independent Netflix subscription, you might be better off canceling your Verizon Netflix subscription, if you signed up (again) and go back to the original Netflix account to link it to My Verizon?
