It looks like this is the best way to provide positive feedback for a customer service representative. In this hopes that extra appreciate can make its way to the right person: I called Thursday, March 12, 2026 at 11:13AM EDT and had a 14 minute conversation with Elle. Generally, all the customer representatives I talk with are helpful and professional, but Elle was head & shoulders above anyone I've talked with at Verizon. She swiftly resolved the family account issue I was calling about without making it seem complicated.
