Verizon is not letting me cancel my Internet because I forgot my secret question answer. The only way they offered to give it to me was by postal mail which I asked for 4 different times a month ago and I still have not received anything from them. They are just trying to string me along too get more money out of me. I even contacted the CEO with no response a month ago. I've been a customer for over 11 years and this is how they treat me. I will be posting all my emails to and from them on social media, Yelp and anywhere else I can think of. Can anyone give me advice or has anyone been through this same problem. Thank You
