I spoke with a representative on 2/26 concerning my bill and being unable to keep my scheduled arrangement. I did a partial payment of $400 and he set me up a new arrangement. The arrangement never reflected in the app. I chatted with a representative this evening to clarify the amount and date due and he tells me there is no record of an arrangement. I need someone to pull the conversation I had on 2/26 and honor the arrangement that was made. Currently my account won’t take an arrangement so there is no way to get through to financial services, it just sends you in a loop. I need someone to contact me back!!!!!!!!!
