I continuously have an issue with the provisioning and SIM swap on my two lines and on Ultra 2 wearable and 16 PRO Max and then later a device swap of my SIM (w/SiM pin protection) left me and my digital identity exposed and taken over, to mention seven ghost devices created on my profile. After 3 calls to Fraud at xxx-xxx-7200… I realize that their BOT allows phone calls to rollover roll over to their tier II TECH SUPPORT. The very department that created the issue and couldn’t rectify it, furthermore becomes a roadblock and doesn’t let you speak to an executive level. you’ll hear this now. FTC and Attorney General has been notified in a complaint made.
anyone else continue to have this issue and not be able to talk to someone that you want to in the right area? Sincerely customer of 17 years not anymore.
