Have not received reply from Verizon Correspondence Team in over 60 days

I sent a letter of appeal to the Verizon Correspondence Team in Albany NY on Jan. 3rd, 2026. I have not received any communication from the team. We have called Customer Service countless times since June, 2025 to resolve this issue.
