For about the last 3 years I have not been able to access "MyVerizon" account. I pay my bill online, so that means I have no idea what my bill is until I get billed. (Is that even legal?) I've call Verizon about a million times….or chatted online, without any fix. Onlin it says that could be a SIM chip problem but—-nope——they replaced mine. I've had my phone checked out by the same Technician at the store who replaced the SIM, no problems there. I figure it is some issue in the online account setup but I cannot get in there to see anything and online help or telephone help just concentrate on my phone and the chip. PLEASE…..what terrible, awful, uneducated help! They only know the same script over and over. I've been through it so many times. The guy at the store told me either have Verizon get me a new phone and a new account or just go to a different carrier. I'm almost there! My daughter is also on my account (adult living elsewhere) and she can get into the account fine but they won't even talk to her. HELP!
