Perks and deals

Have been waiting for any info on the Nintendo switch and gift cards but have heard nothing. Have been checking for emails or some kind of conversation from Verizon for 6 months and have received nothing. Do these perks really exist or is it just a ploy to get new customers? Please respond.

Hi, the CSRs aren't using these forums at the moment due to background work which is ongoing. The admins are aware of the issues and hopefully it'll be resolved soon. But in the meantime, your best bet would be to contact Verizon via one of their social media channels if you have any social media. Otherwise, you can use either the "contact us" link at the top of the forum page, or live chat via My Verizon.
