"Infrastructure" should be a category because my issue is that your lines are too low. Both from the main to my house and the main pole to pole. Peco agreed that all lines, peco verizon and Comcast lines are set too low on the poles in my section. Its resulted in verizon lines reachable standing up in my yard. This is not acceptable. Not for safety or aesthetic reasons. Verizon is the lowest laying line and worst offender, followed by Comcast. Then peco. I suggest you work together to adjust the lines to make them safe, and not dangling at eye level.
