Who do I send in screenshots of past bill, text I was sent from Verizon and emails to that prove my account and bills have been changed? That my bills are different from what they are now. Dates and totals. This has been an ongoing issue for over two years now. At this point after speaking to who knows how many billing and financial customer service reps I DO NOT want to repeats a two year story anymore. I do not want to sit on the phone just to be hung up on or transferred. It is mentally exhausting to tell them what is going on and to have proof of it and to be told that’s not how it works or it’s not possible. I’ve had things changed on my account without my knowledge. I’ve been told for two years that the problems are my fault when clearly it’s the fact that Verizon started my account a whole month before I ever had service with them. Accused of requesting credits when they are given without me asking thinking it will fix the problem even though told it won’t beforehand. The handful of reps that do see the issue do not know how to fix it. It’s always we will look into it and call you back. At this point my account is so messed up I can’t even explain it anymore. The only way I can prove what I’m saying is true is by showing them old bills emails and text but they say no they can’t do that. Verizon only sees what Verizon wants to see. To them the computer is never wrong. They will find any reason they can to make it as it’s the customer just not understand what’s going on. And they think Verizon’s policies are always followed no exceptions are made with anyone for anything. Two years and 4 months I’ve been doing this Just to give a little insight I sat on the phone for 22 hours in three days repeating my situation hoping for someone to eventually understand so they could fix my bill. This happens every other month.
