Can't Redeem My Reward Card!!

I signed up for Verizon Home Internet and was offered a gift card for signing up. I got the email to redeem it but when I click on the prompt in the email it brings me to a Notifications Screen in my Verizon Account and there is nothing there. I spoke with Customer Service for an hour last week and they told me that I would get a new email by Thursday that will bring me to the Terms & Conditions to accept and then I will get the gift card. Never got an email from them. And the deadline to accept it is coming up in a few weeks. Has anyone else had this issue? How did you get it resolved?

Hi, the CSRs aren't using these forums currently due to background work still in progress. Your best bet is to contact Verizon via one of their social media channels if you have any social media. Otherwise, you will have to try with calling or live chat until you get someone who can figure out why the tile or whatever which is supposed to be in My Verizon for you isn't showing up.
