Is it possible to reverse the data allowance priority between two lines?

Our plan has two prices $35 for the first line and $25 for the second. $60/mo total

The first line gets 15GB of data - the second line only gets 5gb.

The user of line 2 goes data crazy while line 1 is almost never used. I just had to pay temporary upgraded data for line 2 as they ran out!!

Can I make these two numbers reversed - the 2 is the 15GB data line and 1 is the 5GB? I could of course do this my changing plans but then I lose my pricing and it goes to $70/month.

I'd contact Prepaid CS at 888-294-6804, Hours: 8 AM - 7 PM CDT (Mon - Sat) 8 AM - 5 PM CDT (Sun) to ask, as I don't know. The 5 gig plan must be a legacy one, as it is not showing as currently available to incoming customers. I'd be careful of switching things around with legacy plans in general, regardless of whether you are prepaid or postpaid, because if you happen to lose a legacy plan for any reason, it's gone forever.

5 gigs is not a lot of data for these days. Is it possible that the person who is on the 5 gig plan is texting in encrypted format, such as RCS or iMessage? "Modern" texting uses data, so one way to prevent burning up a small data allowance would be to set that phone to text in SMS/MMS format only.
