I've been fighting this hacker for 18 months getting into my network & running up data. He used to do 800GB per month. Police can't help & said contact FBI. Two IC3 complaints submitted & wrote a 4-page letter to Louisville office begin for help. I was starting to gain ground & after I got my MacBook Pro coupe weeks ago, Ive realized it was a Apple iOS device issue & Apple finally admitted such. Well, he's very recently managed to make changes to my Gateway or something cuz today I lost one of the Ethernet ports & he shows my MacBook as a host in the DNS settings. I need some help configuring the XCI55A Gateway. OH, on My Verizon app, I see 5 number share devices, an iPhone17 Pro Max showing up in troubleshooting, & today I discovered a LV65 Gateway Receiver on my device list. Verizon tech agent tier two saw nothing & suggested buying some antivirus software with network stuff. UGGGG!!!
