No-cost network extender; service cancelled; need to return?

Hello,

I had gotten a network extender previously at no cost due to very weak service at my property, but I recently cancelled service with Verizon.

Do I need to return the extender, i.e. at a company store? I can't find any current information anywhere.

I've not heard of anyone needing to return an extender; as a matter of fact, extenders are tied to your account only and may not even work with someone else's account. You could try contacting Verizon via one of their social media channels to ask, or if you don't have social media, use the "contact us" link at the top of the forum page. The CSRs are not currently using these forums due to ongoing background work in progress.
