Hi, I'd suggest changing your forum username, because your current one is a privacy/spam risk.
If you are an existing Verizon customer, login to My Verizon > Manage All Devices > Activate or Switch Device.
If you are new to Verizon and this is your first phone with Verizon, then you need to contact Porting at 888-844-7095 to bring your number to Verizon. You'll need a valid ID, the account number from your old carrier, and a transfer PIN. Or visit a Verizon store and the employees will be glad to set you up.
