How do I discontinue being a "lead" on third party Verizon solicitation?

Hi! long time phone customer here, just trying to figure out how to get off the "lead" list of in person knocks on my door.

While my community has a no solicitation sign at the entrance, and I also have one on my front door, they keep ringing the bell anyway. Today I accidently answered and your in person dude totally low keyed argued with me about being there, disregarding the "no soliciting"/"no solicitation" signs very obvious and visible on my door and when you enter the community. He couldn't tell me how to get off the "list" or who to call and speak with.

I was away when the last group came, there were three of them, the one chic tried to vandalize my doorbell camera when she saw it was recording, I sent the video via FB Msgr and was assured that wouldn't happen again, but since then three dudes have come on over anyway.

I am happy with my phone service, I do not need FIOS, if I need something I 100% promise you I will call you first.

For all the introverts and cat/dog parents out there who have to deal with the doorbell rings and knock behavior interruptions, please tell me how to get off this list.

I have to wonder if these "salespeople" are legitimate.  No company worth its salt would send people over to knock on your door if you obviously have a "No Soliciting" sign posted.  Unfortunately, I don't have a good answer for you other than to not answer the door and put up a "Do Not Disturb" sign next to the "No Soliciting" sign.  You could try contacting Verizon on one of their social media channels if you have any social media to report the issue, but if these people aren't actually with Verizon…

If your community has "No Soliciting" signs posted elsewhere, have you tried bringing up the issue with your HOA or reporting it to the police?  Someone trying to vandalize your camera ought to be reported to law enforcement.
