Contact to get old order cancelled?

I have a 4 month old order that I cannot cancel, it either says it’s too old or it was closed/completed ( it was most definitely not completed).

Who would be best to call to get this resolved, customer support or sales? I’ve chatted with customer support and nothing gets done.

I called in and a ticket was created to get the order canceled, hopefully that gets it resolved.
