I've not ever received a paper receipt for any transactions on Verizon, but your bill pay history and other transaction history should be in My Verizon. Some things, you can get a confirmation email. The system doesn't keep your records forever, so you would have to download or screenshot the transactions if you want to keep records older than 18-24 months.
