I upgraded my phone online earlier in the week online after being told it my monthly bill would end up being cheaper. I received notifications from UPS my phone could not be delivered. The address they had was incorrect. I reached out to 2 different chat reps who stated my phone would be delivered today 3/21 by 12:30 pm… 2 reps who promised this would happen. I confirmed they had the correct address listed and updated they both stated yes and "rest assured this has been taken care of". I noticed I wasn't getting any notifications about the update.
I'm not one of those customers, but your handling of this situation made me be one of these customers. I am fed up. I understand you have a "limit" to how much credit you can apply to my account but I don't accept it. I've been a long time customer for 21+ years. How many times have I reached out to complain? Twice, that's it. I'm so over you folks after being loyal for all these years.
