On Mobile Devices (Android & iOS)
Open the App: Launch the Verizon Cloud app on your phone or tablet.
Select Photos: Tap the Photos or Library tab.
Find & Watch: Browse your videos and tap one to open and play it.
Streaming: You can stream videos directly from the cloud without downloading them to your device's internal storage
Troubleshooting Playback
Unsupported Formats: If you receive an error message, the player may not support that specific file type. Download the file to your device to play it using a standard media player.
QuickTime Requirement: On some Windows systems, you may be prompted to install QuickTime for certain video types to play correctly.
Internet Connection: Ensure you have a stable connection. You can adjust your mobile settings to allow playback and backup over Wi-Fi only or both Wi-Fi and mobile data.
