Seriously, 5 days to cancel an order your system messed up. Order 2 phones and they ship it to 2 different addresses? One order number! Then your CS can't fix it. I chatted with a person right after the order and they said they fixed it.
What a joke. Today, the next day after the above chat, Fedex tracking shows it going to the wrong address still.
I have been with verizon for 21 years, yes I don't like change, I order new phones every 4 to 5 years. It has been a TERRIBLE experience each time. I can't even find an email to communicate with someone other than poorly trained CS people. No thanks.
