I have been a customer for over 19 years and have had the internet for about 5 years and have had to replace the router twice now in the last year and for some reason every time they add a new line and charge me and I have to call and correct my account and that takes over an hour because they repeat everything over and over. my time means a lot to me, and I shouldn't have to take my time to correct there mess up again. very frustrated customer really thinking about switching my internet and cell phones to another provider.
