Report a damaged Verizon cable box (exterior)

There is a Verizon cable box across the street from my property that was demolished by a snow plow this winter. There are now 100 sharp plastic piece laying in the grass, the cable are exposed and it's an eyesore. How do I get Verizon come out to replace it? FYI…I am not a Verizon user…just a concerned neighbor.

Hi, if you have any social media, try contacting Verizon via one of their social media channels to report the damaged box. Don't know if that's a Fios box or some defunct POTS box from the Bell Atlantic/GTE days.

If you don't have social media, you can try the "contact us" link at the top of the forum pages, but you might have a problem getting through to someone since you are not a customer.
