I'm very frustrated with verizon. First you can't talk to a person over the phone it's all about chat. Since August of last year my bill goes up and down they keep giving me runaround answers every two months I have to complain about the bill. last month my bill was $155.32 this month it's $170.32 I chatted with a customer rep. kept giving me run around I gave up. I'm 70 and retired last thing I need is worry about my phone bill. I have been with verizon almost 20 years, but I think it's time to move on. Seniors be aware of this
