If I port out my main number to my five line account would it close out my whole account?
It's a good thing you asked before porting your line out. If the "main line" is the Account Owner's line in a group account, what you need to do first is initiate a Transfer of Service to whomever you would like to run the group account after the port-out of the main line. Failure to transfer the account to a new Account Owner means you will continue to be responsible for the Verizon bill for the other lines, and worse, you're going to have problems accessing the Verizon account because the "main line" is gone. Meanwhile, any account managers in the group account will not have full access rights to run the account and they can't change the billing method either. I'd wait until the account has been transferred to a new person before you port out if at all possible.

If you do not wish to keep the other 4 lines at all, you would need to disconnect those other 4 lines before you port the main line out. Or you can have all 5 lines ported elsewhere.
