A promotional buyout was not credited to my account which made my bill $400 more than it should be. Was told it would be fixed and I would get a call and service would not be interrupted. My service got cut off. Bill isn’t fixed and now I can’t contact customer service. I even went into the store and the customer service line put me on hold then hung up on me. I didn’t have time to stay and now they never called back!
