Massive wind storm rolled thru the area last Monday 65mph sustained winds with a 45 degree temperature drop in a few hours and 5g home internet has been very bad since. Drops internet for 5 or so minutes multiple times a day.
Have called and spent multiple hours over the last 10 days. They say its not them but me, so they replaced the router and still having issues. They are horrible. I have had 4 routers replaced over the last 2 years of service. I honestly dont know why I am still a customer. And fell like a full refund is in order.
Everytime I call the automated system says we see you have called multiple times this week are you still having an issue? Then it routes me to someone who does the exact same thing that the previous 6 people have done.
There Is no fixing my issue and at this point.
If I am ever asked if I would recommend this service my answer will be a resounding NO.
Why can no one help?!
