Where is my free Samsung 48 inch TV

Verizon was offering a promo if I signed up for Internet service. I have had internet service for over 90 days. I have auto pay so I have not had any late payments. I have not received an email nor do I have the tile showing in my account. What am I missing? This is frustrating.

I'm prepaid, so I can't get this promotion, but if there was supposed to be an email associated with the promo, did you check your junk/spam folders to make sure it didn't land in there? Since the promo emails are coming from some other domain, it's apparently a common problem for them to be filtered as junk. If there is supposed to be a redemption tile showing in your account and no tile is there, your best bet is to contact Verizon via one of their social media channels. If you don't have social media, try the "contact us" link at the top of the forum page, or use live chat through My Verizon.
