Support for Business accounts has reached an all time low. Not only does the new AI virtual attendant hang up on me regularly because I need help that doesn't fit the menu, but the support team can't authenticate me. Not my fault, they used to authenticate me via email but are no longer allowed to do that.
HOW do you expect a business to manage upward of 25 phones, if they can't authenticate via email? A business has ONE person to manage vendors and they don't have all of the phones in their hand, so please fix it. PLEASE fix it.
I moved these cell phones to Verizon when I could get proper support. NOW that I can't get support and I waste 30 mintues or more TRYING TO GET AUTHENTICATED and then I can't be authenticated, which provider do you think I should move the cell phones TO??
